What is a Beta release?
A Beta release of a software is a stable and functional system that developers make available to the public pending the addition of new or final features.
Is i-ngo.com's Beta version for free?
You may use i-ngo.com's Beta release at no charge, in exchange for testing the features and reporting any issues we didn't notice in the system.
In the meantime you will benefit from the introduction of additional new features and functionality as we prepare for a 'final' release.
Throughout this website, any references to monthly fees, 1-month trial, subscription fees, or payments refer to the post-Beta, final release of i-ngo.com.
Will i-ngo.com cost money in the future?
Now the site is free in Beta version, and i-ngo.com will remain so for the foreseeable future.
Individual accounts (basic access) and limited-access accounts for organizations will be free forever!
When i-ngo.com version 1.0 is released, then we anticipate charging a fee to use the system.
But the overarching goal is to provide all users with an excellent management and networking system at minimal cost.
Depending on how many organizations eventually use the system, the monthly license rate may decrease over time.
We know that non-profits often operate on a shoe-string budget while seeking to achieve ambitious goals.
For now, i-ngo brings together ideals and reality for free where and when possible.
